Free For All – Hubble Space Telescope Snapshots

NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope continues to dazzle us with its breathtaking snapshots of distant galaxies. For Galaxy Week, from October 2 to 7, 2023, Hubble shared a stunning new galaxy image daily. These free galaxy snapshots, captured by Hubble’s advanced instruments, are freely available to the public and offer us a glimpse into the mesmerizing tapestry of the cosmos.

Hubble’s launch into space occurred on April 24, 1990, and in the 33 years it has been in orbit, it has made more than 1.5 million observations. The Hubble Telescope’s ability to peer into deep space has unveiled galaxies that existed billions of years ago, giving us a glimpse into the universe’s infancy. These images not only reveal the stunning beauty of these celestial bodies but also provide valuable insights into their formation.
