NASA has teamed up with Houston Cinema Arts Society (HCAS) to offer filmmakers the opportunity to share films that are inspired by NASA and use their imagery. The top three winners were awarded cash prizes. There were two additional prizes for films that won in the categories of “Film Best Depicting Benefit to Humanity from the International Space Station” and “Film Best Depicting Spirit of Future Exploration of Space.” You can check out all of the interstellar winners here. The effort that went into these short films is astounding and totally worth checking out!
