A 30-cm WorldView-3 natural color imagery collected over Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona, USA on December 28, 2014.

Maxar Technologies is ushering in a new age of on-demand, high-resolution Earth imaging with their next-generation WorldView Legion satellites. Starting soon, clients will be able to submit orders for collection and the data will deliver once Maxar is done commissioning and calibrating the satellites.

WorldView Legion will collect 30 cm-class resolution imagery, with the same minimum collection area of 100 square kilometers and a maximum 15% cloud cover requirement.

WorldView Legion enables Maxar to collect imagery over high-priority events and global locations of interest. When all six WorldView Legion satellites join the Maxar constellation, customers will have access to more than triple 30 cm-class capacity. If you’re seeking the latest insights, you’ll soon be able to leverage WorldView Legion’s cutting-edge tasking capabilities. Send us your requests today at sales@apollomapping.com!
