Key December Improvement(s)

Well, we did it again this month as we added in a new dataset to Image Hunter, our 56^th dataset! This time it’s 30-centimeter (cm), 6-band optical imagery from the Pléiades Neo constellation – joining 30-cm WorldView-3/4 as the most detailed satellite imagery we can offer. We are super excited about this edition but the changes don’t stop there, we also smashed a collection of bugs in the past month as detailed below, yay!

Here is a summary of the changes/improvements we made to Image Hunter during the past month:

• Added in our 56^th dataset which is the 30-cm 6-band Pléiades Neo constellation of satellites.
• Fixed a persistent bug whereby Airbus stereo coverage and alternate catalogue IDs were overwritten by API updates.
• Changed the vendor name for TeLEOS-1 imagery.
• Blocked a few folks trying to use Image Hunter as an API.
• Addressed a series of Sentry errors.
• The off-nadir filter now starts at 60 degrees.
• When WorldDEM Neo orders were submitted it captured multiple IDs, we fixed that.
• SpaceWill previews were not loading, we fixed that too.
• Landsat 8 image previews and updates broke for a bit, we brought those back.
• Jilin-1 did not show up in Color only searches, now they do.
• Increased spacing between Planet imagery options in the Dataset Selector.
• A bunch of vendors changed update URLs so we fixed those too.
