We hope you like them as well!

Summer is finally upon us, so it’s time to celebrate the warmth with a quick work break, woot woot! But before you head out for your tenth time today, check out this 43-centimeter GeoEye-1 image snapped of the 118th US Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, New York. We have featured the US Open before, this time the 2017 edition – oh wait, that’s tennis’ US Open, silly me! The US Open is one of golf’s four majors, traditionally the second in the year though in 2019 it moves to the third. This image was collected on June 16, 2018, the second day of the US Open, where Dustin Johnson ended the round four strokes clear of the field. But in a historic collapse in the Final Round, Johnson finished third to back-to-back winner, Brooks Koepka. The 2019 edition of the US Open will be held at Pebble Beach Golf Links in California from June 13th to the 16th where Tiger Woods could be in the hunt for his fourth title in the major, enjoy!

Have a great rest of your workday!
