The Apollo Mapping Team is pleased to welcome Robert O’Munneke as our new Chief of Sales. Robert’s focus, in addition to heading up Sales, will be to expand our partner and direct relationships across all verticals. “Currently, our primary verticals are the educational and engineering spaces, however with the hire of Robert, we look to increase our commercial verticals to energy, state and local government and mining,” says Brock Adam McCarty, co-owner of Apollo.
Robert brings with him 10 years of sales, business development and partner management experience from past companies such as GTSI, Oracle Corp and DigitalGlobe, Inc. Robert joins Apollo from DigitalGlobe, where he was the Senior Manager of Information Solutions. In addition, Robert managed both key US reseller and strategic direct partnerships during his tenure at DigitalGlobe.
“I’m extremely excited to join Apollo. The potential for growth is remarkable,” said O’Munneke. “Over the past couple of years, I’ve seen Apollo Mapping grow to one of the largest resellers in the geospatial space which is a direct reflection of their work ethic.”
